Report an UBE (Spam Email)

Reporting an unsolicited email is easy, please follow the directions below to report an unsolicited bulk email you have received. Anything you send via WEBDSI must be from you, with your real return e-mail address in the field provided below. In the message header filed, only cut and paste the message header, do not add any comments you might have. Most Importantly, only report legitimate looking spam, not mail from newsletters or otherwise agreed to receive email from a legitimate company lists to which you have subscribed to. Do NOT abuse this system. Your IP Address information will be recorded.

Read The Rules:
By using WEBDSI's spam reporting system you agree to abide by the following rules and to the terms of use. 1. You are soley responsible for your actions while using the system. 2. You can use spam reporting only on email which is unsolicited, bulk email. This is email whereby the sender finds your address in some nefarious way (harvesting addresses from web-sites or public discussion forums), then asks you to request removal if you do not want to receive email. You can not use this for reporting Opt-in email, email that you have signed up to receive at some point. 3. You understand that bounced email from sending a report, regardless of how/where they originate, is your responsibility. Bounced messages can be the result of an ISP rejecting the spam report or not providing an abuse mail address. 4. You take full responsibility and assume all liability for email you send using WEBDSI's spam reporting system.

Why do I need to supply my email address and what is for?
Your email address is highly protected and is used for a number of reasons. A spammer will never get your address. Your email address will be used to contact you if someone has questions or problems with the spam you are reporting. WEBDSI protects your email address when sending reports. Report recipients will be able to reply to your reports, but they will do so through the WEBDSI service only to dispute or ask questions about a report . They will never know your email address. Such replies from recipients of your reports will be delivered to the email address you provide here. Please read the replies and try to educate the people who contact you.

Why is my IP Address recorded?
Your IP address is recorded for one simple reason, to help prevent abuse of this reporting system from spammers or potential users trying to defraud the system by reporting companies that are legitimate.
